With Lhakpa (our guide from Breeze) on our side we couldn’t wish for a better organized 7-days Everest Base Camp (“ECB”) Trek (with helicopter return to Lukla). Due to poor weather forecast on Day 7 Breeze worked together with us and our guide to change our itinerary so we could finish the ECB trek in 6 days in order to reach our destination in good weather; which was perfectly organized by Breeze. The views during the trek were simply amazing and the food in the hotels / lodges was great!

We got some great tips from Breeze before the trek (e.g., avoid meat high up in the mountains) that helped us getting even more prepared for the trek! In our view, you will get the best view of the Mount Everest at Kala Patthar. It is quite a tough climb (5.640m), but it is so worth it. The view is breathtaking.

Everything is well organized. From the helicopter flight to Lukla to the pickup from Kathmandu airport to bring you to the hotel.

A tip from our side is to carefully read the packing list that Breeze provides before the trek. Bring a sleeping bag (Breeze can/will provide you with one if you do not have one) as the hygiene for the overnight stay in the hotel is okay but due to the high altitude and lack of electricity there is no washing machine so we were not sure how clean the beds were. Also, bring enough cash as the tea, coffee and water bottles get more expensive the higher you get (200 rupees at the beginning and 350 rupees in Gorak Shep for tea and coffee and 100 rupees for a bottle of water up to Namche Bazar and ending with 350 rupees in Lobuche (maybe even more in Gorak Shep)).

Overall, we would highly recommend Breeze Adventures for this amazing and well organized trek.

We did 12 day Annapurna trek with Breeze Adventures. From the early planning to booking to the actual trip the experience has been top notch. Kishwor and his team provided excellent, detailed feedback on our initial request and helped us to refine our itinerary suggesting additional points of interests, places to stay (our penthouse suite in Pokhara was fantastic - and much appreciated after lengthy trek!) and rest days to make the best of our (typically limited) US vacation time.

Once in Nepal, we were greeted at the airport (flower garlands were a wonderful touch) and were well looked after at every leg of the journey. During the trek itself, our guide/porter team (Sabin/Gelzing) was super helpful in helping us acclimatize with altitude changes, set the right pace, take care of food orders, provide Interesting insights in the local culture and customs and a myriad other things to ensure we complete the trek successfully and have a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Most importantly, when my wife had a sudden bout of altitude sickness (quite common during the later parts of the trek) , they reworked our schedule on the spot to allow for an extra rest day whilst keeping our downstream flights and bus connections unaffected. As a result, we were able to complete the trek and enjoy a few additional days in Pokhara and Kathmandu.

What an unforgettable journey to Pikey Peak! Our 5-day trek with Breeze Adventure was organized perfectly by Kishwor, who provided all the details we needed. Our guide, Mr. Raj Dai, was professional, friendly, and always smiling.

The trek itself was stunning, with beautiful rhododendron forests and a well-maintained trail. The sunrise at Pikey Peak was amazing, offering breathtaking views of the highest peaks. We didn’t face any altitude sickness, which made the trek ideal for beginners. Special thanks to our porters, Dorje, Lakpa, Sonam, and Sonam, for carrying our gear and making the trek even more fun!

When we faced a poor weather forecast on Day 7, Breeze worked closely with us and Lakpha to adjust the itinerary. Thanks to their flexibility and professionalism, we completed the EBC trek in 6 days and reached our destination safely under favorable conditions.

The trek offered breathtaking views throughout, with Kala Patthar standing out as the highlight. At 5,640 meters, the climb is challenging, but the panoramic view of Mount Everest from the top makes it truly worthwhile. The food in the lodges along the route exceeded our expectations, and accommodations, though basic, were comfortable enough for the altitude and environment.

Breeze Adventure also provided us with helpful pre-trek advice—such as avoiding meat at high altitudes—which allowed us to prepare better and stay healthy during the trek. The logistics were handled smoothly, from the helicopter return to Lukla to the pickup and hotel transfer upon arrival back in Kathmandu.

We also appreciated the detailed packing list provided by Breeze. A useful tip from our side: be sure to bring a sleeping bag. Breeze can supply one if needed, and it offers added comfort given that linens in high-altitude lodges may not always feel freshly cleaned due to the lack of laundry facilities. Additionally, bring enough cash, as the cost of tea, coffee, and bottled water increases with altitude (ranging from NPR 200 at lower elevations to NPR 350 at higher stops like Gorak Shep and Lobuche).

Overall, we highly recommend Breeze Adventure for their outstanding organization, local expertise, and dedication to providing a safe and memorable trekking experience.
